【Shared Notes】How to Check the Edit History of Individual Cards

You can view the edit history of cards in a Shared Note, including who edited them and when.

To access the edit history, you need “Manager” or higher permissions for that Shared Note.

*Only edits made on or after 11/20/2024 can be viewed.

Check Edit History

① Open the card you want to check, click the option_button.icon in the top right, and select “Edit History.”

After reviewing the warning, tap “OK.”

② From the displayed list, select the history you want to view.

③ A sequence of edit records will appear, showing thumbnails of the card before and after the edit.

Download Edit History

From the option_button.icon in the top right, you can download the edit history as a CSV file.

If the Card Has Been Deleted

From the version history of the Shared Note, copy the version that contains the card before it was deleted.

Then, change it from a regular Note to a Shared Note to check the edit history as described above.
